Blue Tansy – helps cleanse the liver, calms the lymphatic system to help get rid of anger, promotes feelings of self control, amazing skin-loving properties

Frankincense – contains sesquiterpenes, which cross the blood brain barrier + oxygenate the pineal and pituitary glands, promotes a positive attitude, used anciently to enhance prayer and meditation

Camphor – reduces nervous tension, anxious thoughts and sluggishness

Geranium – helps release negative memories and eases nervous tension, balances the emotions, lifts the spirit, fosters peace, well-being + hope

How to use Valor :

Diffuse in home, office or car
Directly inhale from bottle
Drop into palms + cup over mouth / nose to inhale deeply
Wear as fragrance – dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin
Enjoy the grounding aroma on diffuser jewelry/keychains/car vent clips
Add 5-6 drops of Valor to a cup of Epsom salt for VERY soothing bath salts!
Apply generously on feet, wrists, shoulders, back of neck or belly button to ease tension.
Place a drop or two of Valor between your wrists (palm-up side), and then hold them together for a few minutes while praying, meditating or being mindful of your breathing.
When using a layering technique, apply Valor first and wait 5-10 minutes before applying other oils for best results!
